Complete patient history and clinic forms. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with a doctor to discuss your health-related problems in order to determine weather or not you are a candidate for treatment in our clinic. If your condition is one likely to respond to treatment a physical exam will follow which may or may not lead to some diagnostic services such as, x-rays, blood work, vascular testing or neurodiagnostic services in order to rule out medical conditions requiring an immediate medical referral.

Many conditions can be assessed with just a brief introductory evaluation.

Upon completion of the initial evaluation an assessment of your condition will be given to you on your second visit, in what is known as the "Report of Findings", unless your case is an emergency treatment is usually provided after the report of findings.

During the "Report of Findings", we will review with you your diagnosis, test results i.e., x-rays if taken, treatment plan and make recommendations for any other diagnostic test and or referrals which would be indicated. Treatment options for your condition will be discussed during this time.

Patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
